Warranty Information
- The bag is limited warranty covers against defects in material or workmanship twelve(12) months for prepaid customer and six(6) months for cod (cash on delivery) customer, from the date of purchase. A copy of the receipt or invoice is required for proof of purchase.
- Warranty service type: customer needs to send the product along with receipt or invoice to the brand service centre or seller address. The product will be rectified and send back to the customer. Allow up to 4 to 6 days from the date we receive your package for your bag to go through the repair process. .
- This warranty is void if the leather product has been damaged by accident, misuse, fire, negligence, any repairs made by a person not authorised by POLLSTAR to perform such repairs (unauthorized service) or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship, or if a valid receipt is not included. For all warranty related services. At this time, POLLSTAR will not repair damaged leather products. We will replace them if the conditions of this warranty are met.
