Please do ensure that you activate your Syska Gadget Secure (SGS) Pack within 15 days of your New Device Invoice Date in case of all mobile handset-brands except Apple/Samsung/HTC where handset-activation date will be considered. Otherwise the same will lapse after this period.
In the case of new device exchanged as per Snapdeal policy, the customer has to email the details (IMEI Nos.) at care@syskagadgetsecure.com for the existing Syska Gadget Secure Coupon-code (activated on the 1st device) to get transferred to the newly exchanged mobile device. That means, Coupon is transferable from one device to another device (maximum 2 times transferable). But this entire process has to be completed without fail within 15 days from the date when the 1st device was purchased by the customer i.e. 1st Invoice date/or/ Handset-Activation Date in case of Apple/Samsung/HTC Mobile Handsets. Otherwise, the existing coupon will lapse after this period. Registration window will remain open during these 15 days. Invoice Date /or/ Handset-activation date (only in case of Apple/Samsung/HTC) will be accepted as valid proof for counting of activation days.
Date of Insurance will remain the same i.e. the day of 1st device IMEI Activation irrespective of Customer switching over to another device with the same Coupon.
In case customer opts for higher price mobile handset in return of existing handset, then additional premium will have to be submitted to the Insurer.
In case customer opts for lesser price mobile handset in return of existing handset, then No refund will be applied by the Insurer.
In case customer returns the device & opt for money-back, then Insurance Amount will be non-refundable.
