Warranty is only on the Set-Top Box and is covered directly by Tata Sky. For any issues with the product, call the Tata Sky helpline number from your registered number and register a complaint.
Once DTH Has Been Installed, Then Order Cannot Be Cancel, Refundable Or Exchange. If Wrong Product Will Be Installed, Then Only, Product Will Be Exchanged Without Any Extra Charges.
