Wash Care Instruction :
First, fry an onion before use to remove if any carbon or dirt deposited on the surface. Scrub it and wash it well. Keep it dry and covered with oil after every use to avoid rusting. (iron can be rust if contact with water and oxygen).
Never wash product when it is hot. Once it cools, wash it and wipe it dry. If it is too oily, then use liquid soap and sponge to wash the product and wipe it dry with a cloth for long safe rust-free use.
Do not use harsh soap to wash the product . Allow the oil to remain in the product to protect the griddle from rust.
Before use, please wash in dish wash gel with soft cloth or sponge.
