With this pack, get a benefit of add on group insurance that Wise Apps Pvt. Ltd has procured from the insurer for Laptop all risk insurance coverage. The said add–on benefits is applicable only on purchase of brand new laptop and for a period of 12 months from the date of sale of the laptop, as per the insurer policy document and only if the customer installs the application Software on the same laptop within 24 Hours of the brand new laptop purchased. The Laptop Software application contains freebie applications of various vendors, all trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade dress, product names and logos appearing on the site and with this Pack are the property of their respective owners. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. The liability herewith is limited in nature. GET A LAPTOP INSURANCE POLICY COPY FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THEFT/BURGLARY -  Claim form filed & duly signed  Cause of loss narration letter by user  Petition given by user to police station  FIR copy  Current Replacement value of lost machine  Loss 1st discovered – eye witness letter, if other than user  Purchase invoice / Delivery Challan / Installation receipt  Policy attachment for subject machine @ schedule list.  Technical diagnosis report from manufacturer  Previous Service History, including repair/service order  Final Report of police, if applicable.DOCUMENTS FOR PARTIAL LOSS or REPAIR LOSSES :  Claim form filed & duly signed  User Authorisation letter of Employer  Cause of loss narration letter by user  Estimate of repairs from dealer  Current Replacement value of lost machine  Purchase invoice / Delivery Challan / Installation receipt  Policy attachment for subject machine @ schedule list.  Technical diagnosis report from manufacturer  Previous Service History, including repair/service order  Claim form filed & duly signed  User Authorization letter of Employer  Cause of loss narration letter by user  Estimate of repairs from dealer  Current Replacement value of lost machine  Purchase invoice / Delivery Challan / Installation receipt  Policy attachment for subject machine @ schedule list.  Technical diagnosis report from manufacturer  Previous Service History, including repair/service order. CLAIM PROCESS : Process Step 1. Customer to Call Chola MS on 1800-200-5544 Toll Free Number within 48 hours from the date of incidence . Process Step 2. Customer to provide claim details. Process Step 3. Customer to get claim intimation number. Process Step 4. Chola MS to send e-mail detailing claim number with surveyor/investigator appointment & List Of Requirements details in 2 working days. Process Step 5. Appointed Investigator to Investigate with 24 Hrs in urban & 48 Hrs in rural or as per appointment provided by customer. Process Step 6. Investigator to collect possible documents whilst investigation and share his additional List of Requirments if any.Process Step 7. Customer to courier the documents in 4 days. Process Step 8. Chola MS to send an settlement liability as per surveyor/Investigator & policy terms to the customer in 7 working days from date of last document receipt.Process Step 9. Chola MS to transfer the funds in 10 working days to customer account from the date of consent.
