Some wired-connection devices such as modems, set-top boxes, digital media adapters, and storage devices, may not be natively wireless-capable devices. In order to connect them without any additional wiring, required drivers or configuration, users can just plug the Ethernet cable into WAP3205 and link to another wired device, and then get connected wirelessly.
Easy to extend the wireless network coverage with the any existing AP
With the built-in Universal Repeater mode, WAP3205 can work as a wireless client to connect any existing access points, and simultaneously performs as an access point to provide wireless connections to all other wireless devices as notebooks. Thus, especially for a wide-range home network environment, the extended whole-home wireless coverage from WAP3205 enables all home networked devices to link to the existing network.
