I was using Morphy Richards for about 5 yrs and really liked it. I was using Morphy Richards Bella (Plastic one with good cord length, auto cutoff, cordless)So i bought this as a gift. Cord length is too short and the quality of the plastic is poor. Stainless steel quality and finish is good. After this i bought Orpat and Pigeon all got same cons. You can buy less price item instead of this.

It is good to boil only water.. Not to make tea ND milk since it soon boils ND overflows from jar, we're as water doesn't. Cord is too short so if ur plug is at height u need to elevate kettle hight first than boil. Otherwise no issues. Take care of spring inside jar lid.. Over long run it get spoil ND lid remain open. U need to keep weight on top of lid of kettle.

This price was about 400 bucks less. Delivered a bit late though. But a good product n a great deal
