This is good considering its reliable and stores huge amt of phone numbers which's my Dad's preference apart from ease of typing which is inherent with BB's QWERTY keypad
I've always been a BB fanatic even with the launch of smarter phones at a much lower price... For people like me whose sole business purpose is extensive emailing..nothing suits better than a BlackBerry.. But yes, i am facing an issue with the back cover.. but i guess its OK.. at the most you can get the set replaced..

HANGING EVERY TIME
I brought this phone in 2013. Its over 1&1/2 years since I am using it. Undoubtedly Its a phone with a strong built, good voice clarity and mic, functionality,UI,OS, workability & compact size. On flip side, Camera and display is OK. Battery backup is awesome. Net access is also excellent. Over all an extremely good phone if your usage is basic.
