Yes it should be compatible. 450 W should be enough. But you wont have a lot of margin left for future expansion as it will not support higher end graphics cards or if you try SLI.

What you should see is whether 450V is enough. It must be so, I have 1TB HDD, 8gb ram and i3 3220 with asus a750ti, works great with this Corsair PSU
