Technically it is compatible with the configuration. The configuration you have given should consume about 200 to 250W. Given that this PSU is 450W and 80% efficient, It should be Ok. Recommend you find out actual power consumption of all devices at full load, before deciding.

Yes it should be compatible. 450 W should be enough. But you wont have a lot of margin left for future expansion as it will not support higher end graphics cards or if you try SLI. What you should see is whether 450V is enough. It must be so, I have 1TB HDD, 8gb ram and i3 3220 with asus a750ti, works great with this Corsair PSU
