AM WRITING THE REVIEW AFTER USING FOR 3 YEARS.oN THIS PAGE I BOUGHT THE THIRD TIME.i HAVE NOT OBLY RECOMMENDED BUT ALSO PURCHASED AND GAVE FOR MY FRIENDS. 3 OF MY FRIENDS ARE USING .WE ARE IN HOSTEL- PRONE TO ROUGH HANDLING.BUT THIS HAS LASTED FOR 3 LONG YEARS MAKING ME DOWNLOAD NEARLY TB's FROM MY COLLEGE WIFI.gO FOR IT .YOU WILL ALSO GET AN EXTENDABLE USB CABLE AS AN ADDED ADVANTAGE

I was looking for a cheap Wi-Fi adaptor for my Onkyo AV. This works perfectly. I bought second one for my computer as it works very well. It was easy to install and works nicely. Speed and range is decent, not great. Using the included cradle helps a lot. I saw the signal strength increase from 65% to 90%. Included cradle can be used for any other USB device for extension. I use my second cradle as flash drive connector. There is a button on the device for easy connection to a Wi-Fi router, obviously both devices need to support this feature. It worked for me. This device has a documented speed of 150mbps. There are faster devices out there that also provide more range. They are also expensive. Remember that the central point of your network is the Wi-Fi router. All devices in your network should be of the same standard and speed to get the best performance.

Easy to setup and install..

netgear 150mbps wireless usb adapter is definitely good.i use it very roughly but still now it is perfect.Honestly i can't imagine that this product has such a good strength.

it is a good and cheap wireless adapter but it has some problem in it sometime it doesn't connect with the available network even if you enter the password.
