The pros - (1) Just 30 grams. (2)16GB is more than enough for my music collection. (3)EarPods are a nice addition, it fits in your ear like a charm, even a bumpy bike ride couldn't get this out from my ears. (4)The touch is great and the screen resolution is perfect for the screen size. The cons - (1)Missing a video camera, though I didn't use the video camera in 5th generation but it could have been an added advantage. (2)Apple should have supplied EarPods with volume control. (3)You can watch movies as well, but come one, movie in 2.5 inch screen, thanks.

iPod is just amazing. Its wonderfully small and handy. At times we don't even feel that we have an mp3 player in hand. Charging is a problem due to Apple's unique connector. Battery lasts long. Interface is decent. It has song cross-fader too. Features that I looked: Quality (proven by Apple), Product life (sturdy), Battery life (30 hrs), Features (touch, pedometer), Interface, Brand (NASDAQ:AAPL :P), Weight (feather light) Cons- 1. No external memory card and only 16GB of storage (though enough for average user) 2. Apple did not provide cover for its ear-buds. So I need to push ear-plugs for hearing deeper bass. Suggestions to Apple (I am being over-smart :P): 1. Apple should provide memory card slot for expansion. That will make it a complete product. (Probably they did not want dust to enter inside which is a primary cause for failures usually) 2. iPod packing has clear plastic case. They should make it reusable as a pouch for iPod and ear buds. 3. Can you make iTunes interface better? I come with background of regular mp3 player user and it is so easy to add songs to other players. iTunes is worst in that case.

This is one of the best I Pods from Apple I have ever used. The Audio Quality is excellent however I do feel that is very expensive. It would have been an excellent buy had the price was around 5-6k. However no other product beats apple in terms of audio quality.
