battery heats up on long talk...its the biggest demerit..and phone hangs very often...and sould is not so good....better go for other model..msg typing is also a prob in this phone...no copy paste option...i have used sony phones..in sound comparison sony is 80% better than nokia...after using 1 yr..now i am not able to talk without ear cord as the volume of the phone really slow ...but all other fcilities like internet camera all are good......
