its good. specially for small occasions at home. you can cook rice for 7-8 people and the quality of rice will be really nice. just be cautious while pouring the water. the quantity of water decides the quality of rice. time taken to cook rice for 4 people, (i.e 3-4 cup) is 20-30 minutes. better you wash the rice 30 minutes before you cook and keep it in the water for 30 minutes before you cook. then it will take less time to cook.

The inner pot non stick coting has multiple scratches and dent. I felt a malpractice has taken place with my product.
