Yes Mansi. The product RS120 II is simply two pieces (the head phone and the transmitter-cum-charger). You get the wireless headphones also, which have a different part number. The wireless headphone is compatible to this transmitter. You also get RS 110 II which also has a transmitter, but not a charger. In RS110, you need to replace batteries. The little disadvantage is that when batteries become weak, you need to replace immediately. With the rechargeable batteries on RS120, this can be avoided as a frequent buy and change batteries. The RS 120 II is obviously a better choice for long run and it is the lowest in the series. If you can stretch your budget for a higher system, there are more in the RS series with much higher performance and features like mute and sound controls. At the low end, you will not go wrong in investing on a couple of RS120 II and add wireless headphones headphones for added listeners. One point to share here. At home, I noticed my father has begun using regularly to listen to the TV news every evening as well as follow discussions and debates. For very old citizens, this becomes a great aid to let them in a participatory manner, as with loss of hearing and limitations, they do get lonelier without the aid of complete hearing. I propose to add RS120 II for music and my treadmill.
