I saw the warranty of this item in the official site is 3 years, so, why 1 year here?

Sony warranty only valid if you buy from authorized online stores. Sony denies warranty if purchased from any other seller. You need warranty card, original invoice to claim warranty to avail warranty only if purchase from Sony authorized seller.
