This is my first hand-held gaming console and I am pretty impressed with it. Performance, looks, feel of the device is great. I was skeptic about the stereo-speakers performance before buying it but they do justice, no complaint regarding them. Battery lasts pretty long when fully charged. Playing games on this console is equivalent to playing on PS2 for me. I got one free game along with the set, Street Champions 2. ||Pros|| - Many Games are Available for Download (ISO's) - May be OLD but Still BEST - Same Features as its Predecessors or Successors (Check CON's for Explanation) - Sound is Good - Even with Mono-Speakers (3.5 Jack) - Watch Videos and Listen Music (Memory Card) - Light Weight (Plastic - Little Weird and Looks Dim) - Play everything than can be Played on 3004/3000 ||Cons|| - No Wi-Fi (Not of Much Use - Unless you Intend to Buy Game for 500 plus Rs) - No TV-Out (Open Dictionary For Meaning of Word - "Portable") - Mono Speakers (But Still Good - Manageable) - No Multiplayer Options - B'Coz - No Wi-Fi/WLan Never Mind Below Statements: - People say they prefer to Buy PSP-3000/3004 --- I tried to GET them but the price is above 10000 Rs and mostly used ones or unsold pieces (Get Them From U.S costs same 7000 Rs). - It Hangs -- Everything Hangs even My NOKIA Phone does that -- UNIVERSAL problem --- People Say We have to wait till battery Drains -- Just Remove Memory Card and Leave it for 2 Mins and Try to Switch OFF it -- It Works Like a Charm. Final Word - GO FOR IT - WORTH IT

Product is good...but free game cd is not there in box

Many people share a dream of owning a Sony PSP just like me, and believe me I wasn't disappointed when I laid my hands on the E1004! The screen is big, the built is great (as expected from Sony), and one thing which surely is the best feature of this gadget is the amazing joystick! There are excellent game titles available for the PSP..but my personal suggestions would be- 1) Vice City Stories 2) God of War: Ghost of Sparta 3) Gran Turismo These three games will give you an all-round PSP feel! The interface is very smooth and will result in a big smile on your face...and it is customizable to your taste, including many colors and theme animations. The only (just one) con is the tiny speaker, which is OK for gaming but a strict NO-NO for playing music in the cool music player which Sony has provided... So overall the Sony PSP E1004 is a GREAT gizmo for everyone, provided you buy FiVE things along with it (since you only get the PSP and the charger) - 1) Soft Case 2) Screen Guard 3) Memory Stick (for your Saved Games) 4) Comfortable Headphones (for those long gaming sessions) 5) Original Game UMD CD'S (piracy is bad my friends!)
