This phone lags very often even for the call log. If you are on 2G or 3G with GPRS on, will need to wait for 2-3 seconds for call logs to appear. Very slow. You cannot play little bit heavy games not even Subway Surfers. Not worth with this much price. You can get much better phones than this even in Sony. Absolutely not recommended.

First, the RAM on this one is just 512 MB. Even though some might think that is really does not matter, the RAM is less for sure. I also think that the phone is very costly if compared to what Samsung is offering. This phone stands nowhere even if compared to the low cost models from Samsung. It all comes down to personal preference for sure but I would not recommend this phone to anyone and would be selling this one to some friend soon. This 4 incher is quite better than it looks. In this price tag, Sony is offering a great phone which Samsung cannot even make. It has been 3 weeks and I am using this phone without any hassles. It is certainly one of the best after using a Samsung Galaxy Y and HTC Explorer. What more, I also got 50 Gb of cloud space free on this one. So I think it is a great offer by Sony and anyone who has still not tried their hands on this phone should check out this phone for sure. Collected through an in-person interaction with the customer

When Android was launched I quickly upgraded my phone to an HTC. It was a good phone and it still works fine. Then the different versions of Android launched one after the other and now it is time for Ice Cream Sandwich and Jelly Bean. I do not like Samsung because of its bulky phones, I do not have a liking for HTC anymore either because of the limited options they offer. This is why I went after Sony and Xperia is one of the best series one can invest in. This phone that I bought on Snapdeal is offering excellent features and the camera is superb. Filled with options like Geo-tagging, touch focus, image stabilization and autofocus, the camera is certainly worth the investment. Other than this it is a joy to work on Ice Cream Sandwich Android. Planned to buy this phone on Snapdeal and it was delivered in perfect condition. The phone has 4 inch screen which is TFT capacitive and quite responsive. I ran multi-touch tester on it and got ten touches. This was pretty good and I also ran the quadrant benchmarks which turned out to be pretty good as well. Camera on this phone is only 5 MP strong but it is full featured and I got a lot of shooting modes available. Among the different choice available out there, I always choose to go with Sony as I have always found this brand to be doing something unique and different. While other were launching simple iPhone based phones on Android, Sony came up with a beautiful series of mobile which is not only low cost but it is high functional and aesthetic. This is why after considering all the options out there, I went for Sony Xperia and this phone is simple to use, very finely defined and value for money as well. I find Android ICS a beauty even though the latest JellyBean has been launched. It is easy to work on, one does not have to find ways around the different options and it does not consume the batteries as well. At the price which this phone is available, other brands are only offering a regular deal. So what I got on this phone was a 1 GHz Cortex A5 and Adreno 200 GPU. Well, I got the same deal on other phones as well but I would say thatXperia J is certainly faster than other. I do not know any fine reason behind this but it can handle many different applications at a time. I also would like to mention the camera on this one. Sony is known for offering better camera quality and this phone is no exception. This was one of the reasons why I chose to invest in it and it is certainly worth it. Outdoor shots have been a good choice and I have had no difficulty in taking shots in dim light either. Front camera is also a decent one and I have been able to chat with my friends in US with it. First thing is BLUE BLUE, blue color everywhere, which is too annoying. Screen background dark. 5 MP camera provides blurred, BLUE pictures. Quality is completely bad, nothing natural, everything blue. HTC with 5 MP provides excellent photos, clear, fantastic. Secondary camera of 0.3 MP, which sony experia uses as a selling point is all gimmick. What recording you will do in dark, dull? Useless in camera quality. Instead of going for xperia especially for camera, secondary one of 0.3 MP. Buy any HTC mobile without secondary camera. Only thing good is internet which works perfect in it. FM radio also not good. Screen resolution also not good. Sony should do something about its love for BLUE color. Overall wastage of money.

The set always gets hang, and the touch doesnt work..I m fed up with it, as on important times it gets hanged when either I have to receive or make a col..I m really disappointed as I was very eager to buy the set.
