Laptop is good but without bag....

I just Received this Product on 9 Oct/2013. It did not have OS. I installed the OS(Windows 7 - Ultimate) , It only looks 15-20 Minutes to do this which is fast.. To install the Drivers you need to go to Online and downlaod them. Finish of the Laptop is good. I am not sure but there could be some issues with Keyboard in Future as it look loose on Surface... Need to be careful with Hinges( I was already aware of this before buying the Product.. Always open Display LID from Mid of screen). All in all this is a good product for home usage. I also got 5% off on total prize ... so good deal...

please don't buy this product.. price and configuration is attractive.. but unfortunately build quality is pathetic.. light weight since very low quality plastics used.. key board is flat but whose key board and keys start to tremble when we start to type..

The product is great lives upto the brand Toshiba has to offer, its a robust machines, looks may be decieving,but this is a hardcore workhorse.I have been using Toshiba machine for the past 5 yrs plus now, they have improved their product quality. The only problem is that even after you register online for the warranty, no one bothered to call or send us a mail to know what complaint we had with the system, being in the IT arena we finally solved the software issue ourselves,never mind the response my PC is working great without any glitches.

It was having issue regarding HDD and Card reader slot. HDD replaced by Toshiba person as it was having 1 yr warranty. I suggest to buy from market if they have offer like free extended warranty otherwise buying here is good.
