I tried to extended my wireless range with the help of this range extender. I have placed this device at a point where my Wireless strenth is 60%. All my other wireless devices connected to my primary router at this place, but this range extender did not connect. It connect to the primary router only at 20 feet distant where I got 100% strength. and my overall range of wireless coverage extened only by 10%. Very much disappointed with this wireless extent capability. Finally I have connect this extender to my primary wireless router with a 30 meter Ethernet cable and configure this device as a wireless access point. I got my goal of wireless access to my entire house which is large (8 Bed rooms). The moral of the story: It has very good wireless range and powerful to travel all kind of normal house walls and ceiling. But connecting to the primary router through wireless is really pathetic and worked only very near to the primary router (no point of primary router). So plan to use ehternet cable to extened your range. This will expand your range without compromising the speed!!! At the end I am very much happy to see that my wireless range extened dramatically with this device and just with 30meter ethernet cable without compromising the speed

does its job like charm, can be a bit tricky to setup initially, but once done, then it works flawless. users must understand a repeater is designed to work at half its mentioned speed,s o plz dont expect it to work like a modem or router. but still it would carry out all jobs sufficiently. good hardware built, quality and looks n color is also different n pleasing. highly recommended!!

Good solid repeater that is easy to setup. The range is not amzing especially through walls but it gets the job done.

This range extender is of average quality.

It takes little time to get ready, but most of the time it do it's job successfully.

DONT USE THIS RANGE EXTENDER IF YOUR HOUSE HAS THICK WALLS IT WONT BE ABLE COVER UP ALL THE PLACES

I bought TP Link extender specifically for my AR Drone 2.0 It works flawlessly giving me extended range to control my drone while streaming 720p video without lag.

Perfect. It doesn't get any better

Was difficult to set it up with the Airtel Beetel router but when i connected to the CISCO Valet M10 router it was up and running like a breeze. Range improved from two bars to 5 bars and i am happy with my buy.
