The packing was perfect but this router is not working with most of the 3G modems so before you order plz make sure that the router is working with your modem...check the list of modems given in the web site of tp-link..

I am using BSNL evdo prithvi ue 100 and it is not compatible with Win 10 . So a lot my devices become useless without internet. After i started using this TP Link - MR 3020 wifi router problem was solved. Easy to set up and efficient in use . A must buy portable product.
