Its one of the best buys so far. 4 mins is too long for the idlies to get cooked in the microwave. 2-3 mins is perfect. All at home love the small cute little idlies :)

GOOD FOR MICROWAVE ...

the small idli maker is superb but little costly.had there been three plates instead of two plates the time consumed would be less. the two plate idli prepared are less for one small family breakfast. cleaning is very convienient.its good.

Nice, easy to use. Just that Idli size too very small.

It's simple, straightforward and ergonomic to use. Simply prepare your mix and stick it in the microwave and you have a healthy steamed Idli or Dhokla. Purchase it only if your looking to make cocktail (snacks) idli, the size is small and snack sized portion. Would prefer a better grade plastic, but its not a deal breaker, just requires Handle With Care while washing and storage.

it is easy to handle

its nice but not for idlies a tray would only do 1 person also to many holes in each mould but if you make cakes its great for kids
