I have a 26" HD LED TV & a Videocon HD STB. Can i connect both to this stabilizer at the same time??

Yes u can. I have a 32" LED Tv, STB & DVD player connected to it.

As far as I know, you can connect just one device to a stabilizer. Connecting more devices will draw more power from stabilizer output and thus cause a voltage output instability.
