I have been using Acer E700 for more than two weeks and am amazed to discover new capabilities amost everyday, the few I liked most is: being able to download and install apps on external SD card efficiently. Acer Float caller that comes very handy while replying calls as the app you are work with is not minimized at the time of call and you can choose to hang calls with ease. Likewise, Acer Float allows to open camera app, maps app, calculator app, note app as a floating window which can be moved around on the display. Acer Rapid button at the back –prolonged click for camera and single click to open one preset app of your choice. Free Acer cloud- Acer BYOC for syncing all your activities on apps like abDocs (document) etc. across all your devices. Triple touch to zoom any part of your screen anytime. No apps preinstalled on the device is useless which I really appreciate. Acer SnapNote for taking notes from books as auto-saving pdf. Live Screen for sharing activity or writings with your hands on the screen of your phone with that of your friend’s. Equally unique Quick Mode with various options for changing mode of operation of phone (like just calling screen with numeric keyboard and contacts), which comes handy when you have to give your phone to others (especially child and old) for some time. Pros : Many things are unique in this device. Triple Sim all supports 3G so you don’t have to change sim when you change your data plan over different operators or simply when the 3G network coverage is unavailable or temporarily bad for some operators in some areas. Performance of MediaTek chip is awesome. Battery if not fantastic better than other models. List is long. Cons: Only one that I found is heating a bit that is normal with high performing handsets these days and is the other reason why battery is draining so fast over continuous use . Initially, I was disappointed by the battery back up and hesitated to write the review but soon I observed the reason: I kept Wi-Fi on almost 18 hours due to which 50 percent battery drained in 10-11 hours.
