it is working in good condition , but in future any repair how can we do that ?

Heater is working ok ,it has automatic ignition which works instantly and gives hot water instantly as soon as you turn on the tap.With this heater you don't have to wait for hot water you get when ever you need it and faster than heating on a gas stove. The only problem is the burner and gas control knob is not designed properly , it either becomes very high or becomes very low which not able to heat water, even if you turn the gas control knob slowly. so to get hot water you always have to use high flame.
