problem in insertion and removal of sim1

today i have received my "adcom thunder 400" mobile( order number is 10060513) . It is fine but there is a huge problem with this mobile. It has two sim locations . The problem is after inserting the sim1 there is no way to remove it . but when i power on the mobile ,the sim is detected perfectly . Means i did not make any mistake to insert this sim . So it is clear that there is some problem in mobile designing system(sim insert location).I have already checked the mobile manual but there is no specific direction for it. features are good . camera is also good.
