Good for budget Gaming PC

AMD FX 6300 is a good proccesor..but not like older phenom series phenoms are the best proccesors ever made by AMD..clock per clock wise phenoms are much better,fast than new FX series. i already have AMD PHENOM X6 1090T now i buy FX 6300 for my second pc but after lot of test like video render & gaming i found fx 6300 id slow than my 1090T..

Great product which provides 6 physical cores at an outstanding price. Performs great while running programs optimized to use multiple cores and is kind of future proof. Runs a bit hot and consumes a bit more power than my previous Intel chip but Intel doesn't have a counterpart so its hard to compare.

AMD provides better processors at lower price than intel,the only thing is they should go for addvertisment in india so more people can know that they have cheaper and better option than intel.Very much satisfied.

this pro. wosa xmas gift from ma dad... i wer not dat fmlier with AMD ... for a trial i jz ordered this product..after setting evry thng... i swichchd on ma pc and i bcame jz like this :O m using win 8... when i wos strtng up ma pc i cnt c evn boot screen... it is dirctly going to.. strt mnu... pro fan is so silnt... use iBall 500w splinter smps or coolermaster thunder 500w smps for best results coz.. the board and pro need little more power dan ordinary 400 rs smps...( if yu are using 5 HDD +1 drive in a norml smps ... nd wen the pro uses ol cores ... the sys ll get restrted.. its nota fault itz coz f the lack of power ) verdict ... : WORTH A BUY (i Quit Intel)

It is one of the best AMD processor in the market with 6 core in heart. Really good in budget point of view to set up a entry level gaming rig. Only con that I noticed is heating, go for a heat sink type processor cooler and throw away your stock processor cooler. With this 95w processor u can do more gaming, multitasking, even a little over clocking. I got my Rig as: Fx-6300 4.1 GHz, Asrock 970 Extream 3 R2.0 Corsair Vengeanc 2x4Gb 1600 Mhz Works well never gone abnormal.

This CPU is really awesome. Super fast. I use it for heavy multitasking & for gaming. You surly can play all the latest games with it if you have a decent graphic card. Although I did not like the stock cooler which comes with the CPU. Instead, I am using Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO Cooling Fan. Overclocking performance is really good. You will get almost 4.5 GHz speed. Over all, I am more then happy with this product. Thank you SnapDeal.
