Very good CPU, meets the requirements and takes the load as desired.

I bought this beast instead of core i3 or i5. It gives lower benchmark performance than i5 and slightly higher benchmark performance than any i3 processor. Single Core performance is not good but when it comes to multi core performance FX 6300 works better than the i3(4th gen). Well actually its not a good idea to compare Intel and AMD processors as they both have different architecture. Both architectures have their advantages and disadvantages. it's up to us which one we prefer. For tight budget user this processor is the best. But if you can afford i5 or i7 than go with that. For a hard core gamer FX 6300 can run any game in this world provided that he has a good graphic card and offcourse sufficient amount of RAM. The Games which require more than two cores AMD FX 6300 will perfom better than any i3 processor and for those games which require only two cores this processor may perform equal or slightly lower to an i3 processor(4th generation). Some people say this processor runs too hot. If you plan to overclock it you need an aftermarket cooler. At stock speed, the stock cooler does the job pretty well. Do not hear to anybody saying bad about AMD they don't know their computing. This here is the best out there at this price. Great for whatever you throw at it. I now feel my sisters G50-70 like a sluggish device b'coz on my PC everything opens in under seconds even Visual studio. Thing to note is this CPU has instruction set which is found only in above 10k CPUs so demanding applications can run faster using those instruction sets. My config is AMD FX6300, M5A97 LE R2.0, GSkill RipJawsX 4 GB RAM, Segate 2 TB hdd( ;D ), last my old 5570 ATI Graphics card (bad choice but I don't have Rs.10k right now)

I have recently bought this product and i am really satisfied with this product.The cpu fan make some noise.

Using this for almost a month now.Haven't touched Any of the OC settings. If you're on a budget this is probably all you need for the next few years. DO NOT use the stock heatsink if you plan to aggressively overclock.It's performance is probably unrivaled at this Price Point.and considering the fact I only have 4gb of ram at this time. I'd say its more than satisfactory.Bang for the Buck indeed.

You wanna play games...? PC games?! Just go for this beast. Pair it with a decent GPU like gtx 750 and witness the magic. All the games with high resolution are so smooth, some.might think it is a ps4. It's that kinda performance. Even the booting up happens so quickly. Switch on your computer and the welcome screen will come up in roughly three seconds... So you can imagine.
