Really awesome processor for gaming

For the first time i thought of using an AMD processor ignoring the fact that Intel has such a reputed hold in the market. The best thing about this processor is the price it comes for and the power it gives you. The base clock speed of 3.5 Ghz is insane which is on power with any high level i3 processors or even entry level i5 processor which in my case are priced much more then this one. The second thing what makes it go beyond the high level i3's and some mid range i5 processor is its unlocked architecture. You can overclock it up to 4.5 Ghz with a good CPU cooler. I am runnning it on 4 Ghz on air cooler (Cooler master 212x) with stable temps. In short this processor is a beast in performance for people who want performance at a cheaper price without compromising on anything. The only issue this processor will give you is the power consumption not much but yea a bit more than intel cpu's and temperatures which can be controlled with a good CPU cooler. Worth buying it.

purchased this processor 6 months back. Performance wise not an issue at all. Running all games smoothly at high resolution. Also recommended to my friend who runs Game zone. recently he upgraded to this processor and his customers are happy with performance.

Pros - king of the gpu limited games. gives you as much performance as the i5 or even i7 at 1/2 or 1/3rd the cost! - future proof with 6 cores as apps get increasingly multi threaded - costs just a lil more than the fx 4300 and has lots of l3 cache besides the 2 extra cores Cons Fan noise on load. i doubt the cooler bad's ... need to replace the cpu fan and check.

Good Processor from AMD at low cost as compared to Intel. Go for it.

I bought this processor couple of days back...works perfectly well!!! The only concern is it runs hot..But the same can be controlled by installing good Quality Cooling Fans into the cabinet!! Rest its an awesome product!!Works really fast...One of the best deals and cost also not so high!!

This is the best processor i can get on a tight budget better not used on High-end but it will perform. The packaging was really amazing and solid. cheapest than market price. loving it!!! Thanks snapdeal............

can play any latest games with combination of "Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon R7 250 with Boost R7 250 1 GB DDR5 Graphics Card" like AC, Wachdogs, Sniper Elite, Darksiders, Medal of Honor & my favorite Hitman Absolution..... Also this time AMD manage its known heating issue, max. CPU temp. is 47'c
