This product technology is very good and fast effective,Even in 2 days getting very nice sprout. very easy to do all grains rinse at 4 hours, put sprout making top and middle container that's it, after 2 days your Higenic sprout is ready. sprout is very good for health i am taking daily at once.

people keep it above the fridge where its warm, thats the trick, or else it wont sprout :)
