Purchased for my son of 10 years. Although tastes very bland (like atta) he reported improve in energy levels and sooting of nerves. Not sure if it helped to build muscles and growth as claimed.

Purchased this item after lot of praise from friends and reviews on net, hope it lives up to it. It has a neutral taste so you cannot have it like a shake with water. You need milk or juice to go with it
