Decent product by AOC

I am buying an AOC product second time and I am totally satisfied with it. Initially I tried Installing the touch screen drivers but It wasn't working and I had to call the customer service. They promised a second day call back and they kept their promise. I learnt that the only reason the touch screen wasn't working was I didn't connect the second cable required (Which pretty much looks like a standard printer cable). The drivers installed automatically as soon as the cable was connected and is working fine. Just thought I would post in case somebody is as dumb as me..hehe. totally satisfied with Snapdeal and the product
