Snapdeal has offered me a good product in this cost. Very easy to install and the water quality is very good. I don't find any reason for exorbitant price of this product of other brands. Aquagrand has make this break through in price beating other brands and making the RO technology within accessible limit of most of the peple. Thanks to snapdeal and Aquagrand. One point to mention: Snapdeal & Aquagrand should look into the spare parts availability. Only Heathy outlet is not sufficient and snapdeal should provide the total kit for replacement matching 15ltr model. Otherwise this initiative will end upto futile once the customer has to depend on the service center resulting unnecessary draining of their money.

This product is very good

1. Product is good. But, used plastic is not good quality for health. 2. Had installation problem. In the city Dharwad, no installation representative. Installed through local person. Aquagrand company doesn't bother about installation. Paid installation charges of Rs. 700. Overall service is useless.

I had ordered for 15 litre aquagrand RO but what i received is 12 litre RO.Also that electronic part which automatically cuts off the water supply was defective.Very bad experience as they charged me for 15 litre and gave me 12 litre one.
