I have used a few fat burners like Lipo-6, wasn't much effective, also i was above 20% BF at that time didnt see much difference. This however does starts to show in a week. I am sub 20% now and in 2 weeks i lost close to a KG, but muscle was lost as well, so can't really say the ingedients that counter catabolism are effective, the test booster works, I felt the very obvious side effect the next day. So all in all a good fat burner and the bottle lasts only for a couple of weeks but thats how long one is supposed to take a fat burner. Gonna take a week's break and try Hydroxy Cut and see how it fares against this.

If you are on a diet and dont feel a change in your body fat levels, this wil do the job and you wil feel the difference from the first serve. Jus after 3 servings i lost half a kilo. But when taken along with a healthy diet and proper exercise expect a boom. But if you are one who cant control yo intake or cant workout, please avoid any fat burners as your investment in these would be a utter waste of money and you will be greatly disappointed.. And for body building pros this product is really worth a try.
