Facing so many problems when installing the anti virus. It takes so long time and hard to update also. I have taken help from Bit defender support team. But they are also not able to help me in this case. Still facing the problem. Worst product and very bad experience.

Little bit heavy on the system. Updates are heavy. Bitdefender safepay works very well. Value for money.However it is very tough to upgrade it to the latese released version. I tried it to upgrade to 2014 but every time I disappointed and I have to reinstalled the 2013 version. Because it doesn,t accept the password. However 2013 version is good enough user interface.
It is very nice. I Love this product and I ordered 3 pieces in this and I have also Recommended about this product to my friends.

poor product. wrong serial key. had to call bitdefender ppl to fix it.. they fix it free of cost though.. but still too much drama with installation..
