wrong cd key

poor product. wrong serial key. had to call bitdefender ppl to fix it.. they fix it free of cost though.. but still too much drama with installation..

Nice Product but Key doesnt match

The bitdefender antivius in cd does not matched with key. Then i contact to bitdefender customer care. They provide me a link to download appropriate bitdefender accordance with key. After download it. I installed it and my key matched and get one year subscription with no further cost. Overall the product is very good. It is very light and doesnt slow the processing of laptop. l also like the power saver mode when power off.

Facing so many difficulties in installing the anti virus. I have taken help from technical support team. But they are also not able to deliver good solution on this. Still facing the license key issue. I regret, purchasing this product.
