User Interface can be more friendly and intutive
you can upgrade your 2013 version of product with the 2014 version for free. Just download the 2014 version and install it.

I brought this for my friend. I'm usining bidefender total security 2012 and never had any problem using it. This was a trial. The program works good .. Nice antivirus.. But needs to update it everyday ..apart from that .. Good value for money..
This is a really good piece of software. It has so many security features that you would not like to buy anything other than this. It alerts you as soon as a virus is found and it also protects you online in your browser. Keeps you away from dangerous or harmful websites. Plus it has a safePay option which is a browser by BitDefender and it helps you to pay online very safely, without any fear being tracked. Over all Awesome. But still it has installation woes. Best way to install it is by Downloading the BiS 2013 suite offline installer from internet and put the the keys in it, or else it will take hours without getting installed. This is the only con in it, else it is very good. So one less star for not so friendly installation.
