Heating issue occurs not getting response from snapdeal

I tried to buy BlackBerry Q10 from various sites like Snapdeal, Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, Paytm but got refunded every time because in all 5 upon 5 attempts all the products were fake. Then bought Blackberry classic from Snapdeal and it is perfect, authentic and unlocked phone with BBM and Blackberry services all working. I checked the followings in every time I tried to purchase the Blackberry- 1. IMEI number verification. 2. MRP branding. 3. BB branding onHeadphones 4. Pin 5. Charger BB branding 6. Indian version of charger. 7. Charger is authentic and working. 8. Setup is complete using indian SIM. 9. Register in BlackBerry network. 10. Functionality of BBM. 11. Functionality of BlackBerry protect. 12. Functionality of Blackberry services. 13. IMEI verification in official site. This time it checked every boxes apart from only point number 6.

I have been using this phone for last year or so.. I wanted a phone with physical keypad and blackberry have the best.. But I think Blackberry is playing a losing game here... most of the useful apps like Ola, Uber, Big Basket etc. are not available for Blackberry and I dont think Google play apps function on Blackberry 10 OS eventhough it was touted that they do.. Unless Blackberry comes up with encouraging Apps suited for Blackberry it may also lose whatever market they left with...
