This is too much frustrating. Initially they have delivered me a defective item. When I ask for refund, they have collected the item and replaced with a used item. Never ever buy items with this seller as well as Snap deal. Initially when I got a defective item, the customer care person of snap deal initially asked me to go to the service center. This happened within 5 days of delivery. Then another guy called and told that they will arrange another guy for servicing. They could not arrange service person also and told that I can ship them the product so that they will refund. After shipping the product, I saw that they have changed the status from refund to replace. And finally I got a used product today. And the funniest part is that it took around 30 days for snap deal to resolve the issue; even though I received a used item at the end. Both snap deal and the sellers do not have any integrity. Kindly refrain from buying any items from snap deal.

The Handset delivered is not working properly as i acome to know it is not made for india, i can't use this in india. unable to register the handset with BB protect, as the app is not supported in this handset for India location.

Very bad experience i mean i spend 16000 rupee in a unsealed phone and no even the battery is within a sealed packet. Snapdeal should only allow the geniun seller should sell there product on website.

the seller has very conveniently managed to sell me a used/imported/unlocked phone through snapdeal. the box doesn't even have an import/mrp lable!! what 18 months brand warranty is SD talking of?

Been a blackberry user since 2009 and am extremely satisfied. Best business phone in the age of fancy phones that serve half the purpose.

First of all i am not a BB fan or Never Used BB in Past this was my First BB Phone, I have used many Mobiles like Sony, Samsung Apple & HTC but i used feel something lagging. My Last Mobile was HTC ONE, it was a Night Mare to me & i recommend not to use of it. Coming to BB Q10 this was truly Amazing & Outstanding in Performance & Design we have talk specially about the Keypad its very ease and i love to type. Not only BB fans can use BB people like me can also become BB fans after using Such Amazing Q10. Don't for the Rest Just go for BB Q10 definitely u will love
