"nice" but seat not comfortable

I've read the description clearly before buying this product and I'd like to point out that they specifically mentioned that they would provide the tools necessary for assembling the bicycle. They did not provide any spanners nor screwdrivers. I had to assemble it myself with whatever tools I could find and had to pay extra money to a service center for tightening the bolts. The center position of the stand is very uncomfortable. It often gets in the way of the pedal. The stand cannot be retrieved if the pedal comes behind it. The rear tire should be allowed to freewheel in the air so that the pedal could move out of the stand's way. The other noticeable thing is the uncomfortable seat. It is hard and seat cover is a necessity.
