The product is good but item received in non working condition. The same is made correct by company service engineer without any charge... Good services.. Product is good... Only it make some noise.. The same can be reduce and transportation should be such that it remain intact.

The product when used was completely leaking from the lid part even when the quantity used to grid was very less.

I got this in perfect time. we are very happy. it reduces lot of time. con is it is over heating, may this model was like that only. and the warranty seal is broken

I'm un-aware of these wet grinders & I was suggested by colleague who was using butterfly 2ltr from past 3years. I have purchased this and observed usage couple of times. Felt okay with product. Beside need a lot of patience too while using. Don't expect the performance like a legacy grinders. Will get used with item, after 3-4 times usage. Family with 2-3members can go for this item.

product is Good. But makes little noise & others says 2 stone is more comfortable than this 3 stone. And this is little heavy too. Ladies rather like lighter product than heavier. :)
