very bad product from butterfly. with lot of high expectations we had ordered butterfly wet grinder but from the first use we had bitter experiences in using the product. the open button is too hard to open but we managed to open the grinder but second time it is too hard to open the grinder and need to call service guy from the company. need to check will they have home service or need to take it to the service center

Product wise it is good . There is no problem with this as per initial observation but EMI Conversion didn't happen instead they deducted complete amount at a time.

It works fast & efficient due to 3 stones technology. Snapdeal sells few products in a low price (than other online vendors). This is one of such products.

I am very to buy this product through snapdeal.com. In future also i will go snapdeal.

Condition is good. But not user friendly to clean, conjusted to remove the batter from the drum.

It is a good utility at any household. However, it takes time for the process and has issues with the locking system. Not sure whether it is only an issue with the product delivered to me or with every product. The grinder is good and grinds perfectly and the output is smooth and soft. So my rating is a 3 out of 5 for the overall product.

Good. But the company used double sided adhesive tape for sticking the power button wire to body. So this wire may collied with Motor Fan and make sound and damage. Motor is heavy and generate more heat. Top conical stone is not properly alligned/designed to synchronise with other stones. But grinding is fast. I recommend this product but some checking needed before starting the product ( as above).

Worth buying it and cost effective compared to big retail vendors.
