I recently bought a Canon 60D which is an 18 megapixel camera with a DIGIC 4 image processor. Though the 60D of Canon is a great camera to be owned by all enthusiast photographers, there is one major drawback to this camera which I noticed once I started using it. There is apparently a difference between the host shoe and its built-in flash. The actual problem occurs in the manner that, the hot shoe erroneously reports to the built-in flash while there is an external-flash being mounted on the hot shoe. Simply put, there is no way that one can open the built-in flash. Though this is a great camera to own, it would be nice if the company looks into this flaw and improves the quality eventually improving the performance of the camera.Collected through an in-person interaction with the customer
