This is of very easy installation and simple to use. This is taking very less time to heat water and no troubles in my usage of 1 year. I called CG service center for one issue and they gave good response and serviced with in less time.. Go for it..
Using this for over a year now and no complaints whatsoever till now. It's perfect for a small family. Fast heating and retains heated water over long periods of time. Am very happy with this purchase from snapdeal. The packing was very good.

In a short span of time it is getting water into hot.
I simply love Crompton Greaves. I have used several products of this company - Water Pump, Table fan and now it's the geyser. I never faced issues with any of these products from Crompton Greaves. It is a storage type geyser of 6 litres and consumes 2000 watt/hour and heats up the water in 12-15 minutes. I did not go for instant water heater as they consume more electricity - approximately 3000 watt/hour. Just the design needs to be upgraded.
A good buy for small family. Heats up the water quickly.
Less capacity of geyser has advantage of less time to heating, unnecessary of boiling of large volume of water and less wastage of water if it is connected to solar water source.
