Hung has repeatedly.Life is only 2 -3 years.

not satisfied with the product. pictures of different product are shown. customer care not taking any action against this issue after my complaint. i also wanted the replacement but they said "your product was delivered in good condition and hence cannot be replaced." what the ............. You sent me wrong product and not even replacing it. i called up again and the customer care executive said u can have refund if you told the verification person that you don't want this product anymore and don't tell them about your problem or otherwise they will not refund. I am not happy with your services. anyways its became a trend of online shopping " Sending different or fake products". also faced this problem with Flipkart. but they provided instant replacement. i thought Snapdeal is batter then all but ...................... Thank you for your services.

it was excellent. its very good for the given price that is it is worth able for given cost . the quality of hard disk was good and snapdeal order was cheaper than any other and the order reached on time but for every item for all places please keep cash on delivery so it will give trust for the buyers. i thank snap deal once again for this item

This one is nice with good speed the originally product made by Seagate only logo of dell placed on it. After use of 1yr its stopped working but nice support by Dell India they are replaced the hard disk at my door step within 2 Days really appreciate the service now from that day its working like charm.
