I've been using it for a week now and totally in love with it. This monitor motivates me to watch movies in full HD, with it's large screen and crisp colors. It's perfect for programming as well.

Amazing product.. Recommended...

Planned to buy a smaller screen but ended up purchased this monitor. It's worth it! Amazing picture quality even in Analog (VGA), wide viewing angle, touch buttons. I used it primarily for programming and designing and it serves me better than my old screens. If you need a best monitor, just buy this without second thought.

I bought this monitor primarily to watch movies which are streamed through a HDMI cable connected to my laptop. For that picture quality and viewing angles are very good. If you are more interested in office documents then I would not recommend this monitor since the monitor does not allow rotation by 90 degrees to see the whole document. In addition due to the glass surface covering the actual screen, the screen is like a mirror, if black scenes are shown in semi lit rooms. Ensure that no light source is behind you, otherwise the reflection starts irritating. Any indirect light source is outshine by the impressing brightness of the screen. Apart from that keep in mind that the connectivity which are supported by this monitor, are VGA and HDMI only. While VGA is an analog signal, the picture quality suffers visibly and creates shadows along e.g. black lines on white background. If your computer does not have a digital port I would recommend getting a graphics adapter which has an HDMI port. Some graphics adapters such as built-in adapters, have a DisplayPort. DisplayPorts and HDMI look very similar, but they are not compatible. If your graphics adapter has a DisplayPort, you need a DisplayPort to HDMI converter, which costs something like USD3 in Chinese online shops, or have to live with the significantly poorer quality of the VGA signal. So far I could not see any dead pixels. However there is a white spot which looks like something organic or fungus between the glass and the screen. Since it is in the corner, I did not bother so far, but I have to wait and see, if it starts growing at one point in time. It was immediately recognized by my system running Debian Stable (a Linux system, most popular descendant is probably Ubuntu), when I connected it to the HDMI or VGA port. No drivers etc are required and the correct settings such as resolution etc. are found immediately. Conclusion: Nice screen for movies, awesome colors and brightness. For office work not necessarily recommended due to missing connectivity (the recently more popular becoming DisplayPort is not supported) and lack of tilting features offered by other monitors.

As mentioned in the add there is no DVI port on the monitor.It has only 1 VGA and 1 HDMI port.

Its really a nice Monitor in terms of looks and clarity. it awesome looking monitor. its a VA panel display so the picture quality is great. As the headline says DVI it dosnt have one its only have VGA and HDMI connectivity.

Product is really nice for that price, there are some compromises like the light reflections that you can see on the screen which is quite annoying and at the same time its the added advantage for the picture quality to appear crisp, clear and glazing. We can get ride of reflection by making few changes for light around your environment that will do. First thing to remember is that, for gfx card with nvidia users should change the color RGB to YCbCr444 that would fix color depth or you will see only normal quality.
