Best for the shredding period. You can get lean looks by working hard and scooping twice a day(as per your body requirements). Works great for me.

Dymatize has been taking our love since like so long and hence our expectations increases successively. the mixability is not as i expected it to be. the taste is no doubt amazing. iso-100 is a hydrolyzed protein and should get mixed easily but it creates foams when shaken in the shaker. otherwise works for me ! happy building to all the builders present out there !

I bought chocolate flavour and that proved to be a good deal. It tastes good , mixes easily .

Protein content listed on the box is quite high compared to the actual performance of the product, I used many brands and comparatively this works as good as the Indian ones. A few others have much better results than this. Worth a try if it works for you.
