Best Protein Ever
Flavor I have used: Vanilla (Gourmet Vanilla) Pros: Very Light on stomach Great Flavor Small Serving Size 100% Whey Protein Isolate (i.e. No Whey Concentrate) Carb: 0 gm Fat : 0 gm Lactose: 0 gm Relatively priced low compared to other Whey Isolates. Cons: None I am Lactose intolerant and hence I can only take Protein Isolate. In past I have used other Whey Isolates like ISOPURE etc. With my experience, I will rate this as the best. It is as effective as most other good Isolates but it beats the competition to dust in Value terms. I must say it is relatively priced lower than other quality Whey Isolate products. Note: Due to high protein concentration (i.e. 90%), the serving size for 25gm Protein is pretty small 28gm. Hence one scoop (serving) in 8oz water makes a light flavored shake. If you are someone who like strong flavor in your shake, you need to use less water with this product, maybe like 6-7oz
