Take it if you have strong digestion system. Otherwise my advise don't take it. this will create liver problem.

People have a myth that this product has side effects too. So I myself had this and I realised it has no side effects. It's only a supplement and not steroid. It helped me gain weight. The only thing you ll feel sometimes are nausea and little lazy but otherwise it's a very good supplement to have.
