It creates stomack problem

Take it if you have strong digestion system. Otherwise my advise don't take it. this will create liver problem.

dont suspect its really work.. if you follow the instruction given on the jar...u will definitely gain 1.5 to 2.0 kg approx in 10 days only. take thrice a day followed by 15 mints exercise.

Yes....go for it a perfect weight gainer. Gained 5kgs of weight while using it...but u need to do a good workout while using this product throught the month ...u can easily take2 20grms of powder..1tbs equals 10grms..in the begining increasing to 4 after a week ..make sure u eat a banana while consuming it..banana will help u to get carbs and get calories ..im disappointed with vanilla flvr...i used to mix coffee with it and sometimes strawberry syrup
