Item is good, very good, if you really know what you are buying. If you are buying this as a Scanner and as a Printer, then its 10/10. No doubt, great scanning quality, and printing speed+quality is very good. Its print just real color, exact as captured in image file. -----------COPIER (2/10)----------- > It don't have small LCD display, which is very common even in Rs.2500/- copier of any company. > We don't get ID copy function. Even copiers above Rs.6000/- have this function, so its easy to scan first both sides of Voter card, license, adhaar card, then print in once on a page. > The most important, we don't get contrast/brighness level management. So if we have shaded or yellowish paper, we can't get clean photocopy by increasing contrast. This is also very common function in budget copiers. > You can't keep it covered. if you cover printer after use, then first you need to take out all the pending tray papers, then close paper tray, then put cover on it. I am habitual of my laser printer copier (Ricoh 200s), where bottom tray is within printer and I don't need to set or remove anything before putting cover on it. -----------Usability (9/10)------------ > Easy to use, only four buttons, Power, black copy, color copy, cancel. > To do multiple copies, press copy button (color or black) multiple times without delay of 1 second in each press. Like if need 4 black copies of a document, then put the document under scanner, press black copy button four times. Each press should be done within a second. > Ink refill is very easy. We can see tank ink status anytime from outside. > Not very noisy like old inkjets. ------------VALUE FOR MONEY (10/10)------------- > I don't regret after buying this, because I researched a lot before buying. > Very very cheap printing cost, even cheaper than laser printer. > Ink is not washable by water. > You can print on T-shirts (fabric) by using heat transfer sheets. > Very good if you kid have to do assignments regularly. I hope, my this long and deep review will help someone to decide about this printer. I really wish you buy, if you don't consider only the copier functions. Photo copy is very good, but missing some features (I listed above).

The delivery of the product was very late..very unhappy with the service.
